Italian Braised Beef and Root Vegetables Orecchiette
Seasonal root vegetables and seared boneless short ribs of beef slowly combine their complex flavors and textures in a wine and herbs “brodo”, creating a deep, silky sauce for the orecchiette pasta. Served with garden salad, and fruit salad $15.50 pp (*if ribs requested on the side, orecchiette will be tossed in light chardonnay sauce with zucchini and carrots to keep it moist *chardonnay sauce has dairy). 10 orders minimum per kind.
